The complete refurbishment of our beautiful restaurant, Celsius Bar and Grill, is complete, including after a nationwide search, one of Australia's exciting new breed of chefs, Bryce Woods. Bryce's new menus and wine lists are superb. Our bar has a new lounge, complete with massive leather couches, reclining seats, a 50 inch plasma TV and Foxtel for your enjoyment. Meals can also be enjoyed in this magnificent lounge area. With panoramic views out over Bathurst, there is no better restaurant in which to dine. Please note that our restaurant is not open on Sunday evenings, however Room Service is of course available.
